- • As a Senior Renewal Operations Manager at Abnormal Security Corporation, you will own and scale the renewal operations function from the ground up, serving as the architect of processes that drive on-time renewals, reduce churn, and surface expansion opportunities in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- • Day to day, you will design and improve renewal lifecycle processes, build reporting and dashboarding infrastructure for real-time visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy, develop churn and expansion forecasting models, partner with Renewal Managers to operationalize best practices, define and track key renewal KPIs, own the quarterly quota-setting process for CSM and Renewal Manager teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and Data Engineering to ensure data integrity and system alignment.
- • You will join the CS Operations team within Abnormal Security, a fast-growing AI-powered email security company focused on stopping sophisticated social engineering attacks, where you’ll have the opportunity to build foundational renewal operations capabilities in a remote-first, innovative culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS renewal strategy, forecasting rigor, and operational scalability while influencing executive decision-making through data-driven insights, establishing best practices that directly impact gross and net retention, and growing into a strategic leader in revenue operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Renewal, or Customer Operations at a B2B SaaS company with direct ownership of renewal processes
- • Strong command of Salesforce (opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, renewal pipeline configuration)
- • Proven experience building renewal or retention dashboards and reporting from scratch
- • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets/Excel, or Databricks
- • Hands-on experience with churn and expansion forecasting and familiarity with leading indicators and prediction accuracy improvement
- • Familiarity with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) and their intersection with renewal workflows
- • Experience designing scalable, repeatable processes in a high-growth environment where things aren’t yet fully defined
- • Strong program management skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion independently
- • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence cross-team decisions
- • Builder mentality: self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by creating structure where none exists
