- • As a Senior Reporting Analyst on the Customer Care team at Perk.com Inc., you will be accountable for ensuring leadership has the right data at the right time to understand operational issues in detail and make strategic decisions that drive a 7-star service experience for customers. You will play a decisive role in shaping a data-first culture by providing systematic performance reviews and actionable insights.
- • You will define and document clear KPI definitions aligned with stakeholder needs, design dashboards for business-as-usual and project tracking, and work with Tools and Data teams to structure and automate key reports. Your responsibilities include conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of performance trends, ensuring data consistency across product updates, identifying bottlenecks in data flow, and maintaining a single source of truth through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- • You will partner closely with Strategy to generate hypotheses and build fact-based cases for decision-making, support other Customer Care departments in standardizing dashboards, and coach an Analyst to expand the reporting function’s capacity and impact. Additionally, you will carry out supervisory duties, keep your team focused and motivated, and embody Perk’s core values of ownership, 7-star experiences, and teamwork.
- • Perk is a global leader in intelligent travel and spend management, trusted by over 10,000 companies including Wise, On Running, and Breitling. With more than 1,800 employees across 12 offices, the company is dedicated to eliminating the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week—a $1.7 trillion problem—by automating travel bookings, expenses, and invoice processing. Perk values curiosity, purpose, and mindset over mere knowledge, fostering a culture where talent from over 70 countries drives real impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in operational reporting within a high-growth SaaS environment, gain deep insight into contact center dynamics and KPIs, and strengthen your ability to influence senior leadership through clear, concise communication. You will have the opportunity to shape reporting strategies, drive process improvements, and contribute to a culture where data drives prioritization and innovation across Customer Care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience and seniority in an operational reporting function, preferably in a customer care or contact center setting
- • Strong understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and the ability to write communications for middle and top management
- • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau, and comfort working with complex data under tight deadlines
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk
- • Generous vacation days, public holidays, and up to 20 'Work from Anywhere' days per year
- • 17 weeks’ paid parental leave, 16 paid volunteering hours annually, and access to Spring Health for therapy and coaching
