- • The Senior Resource Manager at Precision Medicine Group is responsible for managing and optimizing organizational resources, executing staffing processes, and supporting business needs through strategic resource allocation and planning.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include allocating global resources across departments, collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership to assess resource needs, identifying strategies for current and future demands, proactively detecting capacity constraints and hiring needs, resolving staffing conflicts through negotiation, partnering on process improvements, preparing resourcing metrics and reports, escalating high-risk situations, mentoring team members, and supporting leadership with strategic initiatives.
- • Precision Medicine Group is a leader in precision medicine, providing integrated solutions across drug development, clinical trials, and commercialization, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through data-driven and scientifically rigorous approaches.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced resource management expertise, strengthen stakeholder influence and negotiation skills, gain deep exposure to complex staffing in a fast-paced life sciences environment, and contribute to organizational efficiency and strategic workforce planning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 7 years of resource management experience or equivalent relevant experience and demonstrated competencies
- • Proven experience in negotiating with and influencing stakeholders
- • Excellent command of spoken and written English
- • Demonstrated prior CRO or similar industry experience
- • Strong interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems using knowledge, precedents, and practices
- • Ability to exercise independent judgment, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- • Appropriate financial acumen including understanding of budgets, forecasting, utilization, and realization concepts
