- • Build and maintain Salesforce automations including Flows, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, and Apex-based logic to ensure the CRM remains the trusted source of truth for revenue data
- • Design, deploy, and monitor production-grade automations using n8n and similar workflow tools to support end-to-end go-to-market processes
- • Integrate AI into live operational workflows across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations—not as a personal productivity tool, but as scalable infrastructure that improves efficiency and decision-making
- • Implement and optimize lead and opportunity routing logic from inbound assignment through stage progression and handoff to Customer Success, in partnership with the Revenue Operations Manager
- • Support deal desk operations including pricing approvals, contract generation, and routing of non-standard deals through established systems
- • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, sales rep productivity, and revenue forecasting, translating raw metrics into actionable insights
- • Serve as the frontline operational resource for GTM teams, troubleshooting workflow issues via Slack, documenting processes in Notion, and maintaining up-to-date runbooks
- • Partner with Revenue Operations leadership and GTM stakeholders to identify operational pain points, scope solutions, and deliver them on fast iteration cycles
- • Ensure data integrity across the GTM stack by validating data inputs, correcting inconsistencies, and aligning system configurations with evolving business needs
- • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation logic with campaign performance, lead scoring, and territory assignments
- • Maintain and evolve documentation for all revenue operations systems to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer as the team grows
- • Monitor system performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or failures in automated workflows before they impact revenue cycles
- • Translate business requirements from Sales, CS, and Ops teams into technical specifications and execute on them with minimal supervision
- • Stay current with updates to Salesforce, n8n, and other GTM tools to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience
- • Support cross-functional initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, reduce cycle times, and increase forecast accuracy
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience at a tech company, with at least 1+ year as a Salesforce administrator
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, and/or Apex; ability to read, write, and debug code
- • Demonstrated experience building actual AI-powered systems and workflows in production, not just using AI tools for personal productivity
- • Exposure to automation platforms such as n8n and the broader GTM stack (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, marketing automation tools)
- • SaaS background, preferably at a startup or growth-stage company, with comfort operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments
- • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, reporting, and turning metrics into actionable business recommendations
