📋 Description

• The Senior Revenue Operations Coordinator at Horizon3.ai will manage order processes and support deal desk activities in the EMEA region, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations by handling sales orders, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
• Day to day, the role involves processing sales orders, supporting deal desk reviews, ensuring EMEA compliance (including GDPR and VAT), coordinating with Finance and Provisioning for billing and provisioning, collaborating with Legal via Streamline AI, maintaining CRM records, resolving order issues, ensuring data integrity, owning RFPs and VRAs, and acting as a liaison between EMEA Sales, Global Finance, and Legal.
• Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated cybersecurity practitioners, dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them through its NodeZeroTM platform.
• In this role, the person will develop expertise in revenue operations within a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up, gain experience in EMEA-specific compliance and deal structuring, improve cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to process efficiency initiatives that directly impact revenue realization and sales effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Quote-to-Cash and other relevant sales and AI tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
