This pivotal role of Senior Revenue Operations Manager is designed for an individual with over 7 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS revenue or sales operations, who is not merely a tool maintainer but a strategic architect of leverage.
  • • You will operate at the nexus of sales, marketing, data, and executive strategy, tasked with translating ambitious growth objectives into robust, scalable infrastructure. Your primary mandate is to systematically eliminate operational friction, enhance data signal clarity, and ensure that every sales resource functions with unparalleled precision and clarity. The overarching mission is to engineer an AI-powered revenue engine that empowers a lean team to achieve the performance metrics of a significantly larger organization.
  • • This position demands a unique blend of sophisticated systems thinking and high emotional intelligence. You will collaborate intimately with revenue leadership, gain a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities of sales representatives, and design processes that foster discipline without impeding operational momentum. The ideal candidate will possess a strong equilibrium between technical acumen, sound business judgment, and a genuine empathy for the end-users of the systems they develop.
  • • Core Objectives & Strategic Initiatives:
  • • **CRM Automation & AI-Driven Workflow Architecture:** While operating with a modern tech stack including HubSpot, Fireflies, ZoomInfo, and CoStar, many current workflows remain manual. This role will spearhead the design and implementation of an intelligent automation layer to ensure automatic and accurate population of lead and account data, structure call transcripts into actionable deal intelligence, systematically capture qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDPICC), trigger follow-ups and tasking without manual intervention, initiate structured internal workflows upon stage progression, and automatically activate Operations and Legal teams at critical junctures. The focus is on building intuitive, intelligent, and scalable workflows that feel like a product, rather than solely on CRM data hygiene.
  • • **Account & Territory Architecture:** To support scaling across diverse cities and owner relationships, this role will establish clear governance around account ownership, segmentation, territory logic, coverage models, pipeline discipline, and deal hygiene. The objective is to foster alignment through clear visibility across teams, enabling autonomy while preventing friction and overlap, thereby achieving alignment without introducing bureaucracy.
  • • **Channel Partner Infrastructure:** Recognizing the centrality of channel partnerships to our growth strategy, you will implement robust systems to clearly map partner relationships to opportunities, intelligently organize co-selling efforts, track partner contribution, influence, and performance, and reduce duplication while increasing accountability. This initiative aims to transform channel engagement into a repeatable and scalable growth lever.
  • • **Revenue Intelligence & Prioritization:** This role involves designing and evolving the intelligence layer that empowers the team to prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and Net Operating Income (NOI). This includes integrating internal data with external datasets and developing structured methodologies for focusing efforts on the most impactful areas, thereby guiding strategic decision-making rather than merely reporting historical data.
  • • **Forecasting & Revenue Predictability:** Ensuring leadership can rely on accurate financial projections is key. You will implement clear stage definitions, enforce qualification criteria, establish structured forecasting frameworks, provide real-time visibility into revenue momentum, and maintain data-driven pipeline integrity. Forecasting will be intrinsically linked to system health, moving beyond subjective interpretations.
  • • **Cross-Functional Data Handoff & Time-to-Value:** To ensure a seamless transition from sales closure to customer onboarding and value realization, you will establish clean and reliable data handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Legal teams. Effective revenue operations extend beyond pipeline management to accelerating the actual realization of revenue.
  • • **Marketing Infrastructure & Attribution:** Serving as the operational backbone for marketing initiatives, you will ensure campaign data, lifecycle stages, attribution models, and automation are meticulously structured to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role fosters a shared source of truth between Marketing and Sales departments.
