📋 Description

• • As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at BioRender, you will own the end-to-end revenue motion, ensuring the company’s go-to-market engine operates efficiently and scales effectively by aligning strategy with execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• • Day to day, you will define and evolve the revenue funnel architecture, operationalize unified sales signals to guide rep prioritization, run the weekly Pipeline Council, diagnose performance gaps, and translate data into actionable insights that drive pipeline health, conversion, and sales productivity.
• • BioRender empowers millions of scientists to create accurate, beautiful biological figures used in pharma and academia, and as the company scales its GTM engine, Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring revenue generation is aligned, efficient, and continuously improving.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-functional GTM strategy, funnel analytics, sales enablement, and systems thinking, while driving measurable improvements in rep productivity, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates through experimentation and process optimization.
