  • • As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Systems at Choco GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the company’s mission to build a sustainable global food system by owning and optimizing the technology infrastructure that powers revenue generation across sales, marketing, and operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of Choco’s go-to-market engine, ensuring that data integrity and process automation support predictable revenue growth and high-performance execution across international markets.
  • • You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the systems that drive revenue operations, with a primary focus on Salesforce.com, including the design, optimization, and maintenance of complex Salesforce Flows that automate critical quote-to-cash and order management processes. This involves translating business needs from cross-functional stakeholders into technical solutions, resolving system deficiencies promptly, and enforcing accountability around key growth metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • • Day-to-day, you will administer and maintain Salesforce configuration, monitor data integrity, and provide user support to ensure seamless system performance. You will gather and document business requirements from Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams, then design scalable solutions within Salesforce and related GTM tools to improve deal structuring, approvals, and order management workflows.
  • • You will continuously identify inefficiencies in current processes, recommend data-driven improvements, and lead system testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts to minimize disruption and maximize adoption. Creating and maintaining clear documentation—including process flows, system requirements, and user guides—will be essential to enable knowledge sharing and consistent execution across global teams.
  • • You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to align systems with business objectives, support deal execution, and ensure compliance and accuracy in revenue recognition. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be critical in diagnosing issues, validating data, and reporting on operational performance.
  • • Working within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will contribute to Choco’s culture of hunger, humility, and collaboration, helping scale operations in line with the company’s rapid growth and unicorn-scale ambitions. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related role
  • • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including required expertise in Salesforce Flows for automation and process optimization
  • • Strong understanding of deal processes, order management, or quote-to-cash workflows
  • • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders into actionable system solutions
  • • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • • Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment is preferred
