- • The Senior Revenue Program Manager role at Kong Inc. is a high-visibility position within the Office of the CRO, responsible for driving strategic programs that support revenue growth, executive engagement, and operational excellence across the revenue organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Executive Briefing and Sponsorship Programs, supporting investor relations initiatives, leading planning and execution for major revenue events like the Annual Sales Kickoff and Silverback Circle incentive trip, coordinating CRO Quarterly Business Reviews, maintaining organizational operating rhythms, and overseeing employee recognition and gifting programs.
- • Kong Inc. is a leading developer of API and AI connectivity technologies, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and startups, with its Kong Konnect platform enabling organizations to secure, manage, accelerate, govern, and monetize API and AI model intelligence.
- • The role offers the opportunity to build and scale strategic programs from the ground up, gain deep exposure to C-suite and sales leadership, develop expertise in revenue operations and event management, and contribute directly to the company’s high-performance culture and growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment or supporting a Revenue/Sales organization
- • Proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up with strong attention to process, documentation, and continuous improvement
- • Experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes
- • Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure
- • Comfort communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders, both verbally and in writing
- • Experience using Cvent and Salesforce
- • Willingness to travel approximately 20% to support key events and executive engagements
- • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or a related field required
