• • We’re looking for a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate to join our UKI team.
• • This is a remote, field-based Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role with operational roots in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, or London.
• • In this role, you’ll help us build, scale, and optimise our physical onboarding ecosystem, directly securing the rider fleet capacity needed to power our three-sided marketplace.
• • You’ll be joining the Rider Enablement team.
• • This sub-team acts as the operational foundation for rider supply across the United Kingdom and Ireland, managing logistical scaling challenges to ensure the fleet meets real-time marketplace demand.
• • Your responsibilities are split across two core operational pillars:
• • Strategy, Design & Scaling
• • Field Operations & Fleet Enablement
• • In Strategy, Design & Scaling, you’ll optimise hub performance, scale the footprint, drive the strategic roadmap, and cross-functional problem solving.
• • In Field Operations & Fleet Enablement, you’ll deliver field onboarding, manage local supply constraints, execute seasonal campaigns, and lead tactical supply planning and execution.
