📋 Description

• • As a Senior Risk Management Consultant at ICW Group, you will play a critical role in identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks for policyholders across Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Property, and Liability lines, directly contributing to improved underwriting outcomes and claims performance while building strong customer relationships.
• • Day to day, you will conduct on-site surveys and risk assessments, schedule account service plans, investigate accidents, develop corrective action recommendations, collaborate with underwriting and claims teams on service proposals, and deliver training on OSHA, NFPA, and other safety programs to clients in industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, and construction.
