- • As a Senior RPA Consultant on Guidehouse’s Technology - Platforms - UiPath team, you will work on high-impact and high-visibility projects that shape the company’s current business and long-term strategy in intelligent automation.
- • You will support internal and external clients by leading automation initiatives from requirements gathering and process documentation through development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI.
- • You will be a key member of the Platforms Center of Excellence (CoE), helping clients start, scale, and enhance their automation journeys, including integrating AI and machine learning with RPA to create cognitive automations.
- • You will collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and testers while advancing your expertise in automation lifecycle, governance, Agile delivery, and business process optimization within a fast-paced consulting environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; active SECRET or higher clearance preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and minimum of five (5) years of experience, with at least three (3) years as an RPA developer.
- • Proven experience developing with UiPath, including understanding of RPA development lifecycle, process and object creation, Control Room, queue management, scheduling, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
