• • As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer in Workato’s AI Lab, you will play a pivotal role in building AI-powered enterprise automation solutions that connect data, processes, and applications for global clients. Your work will directly contribute to advancing intelligent automation for Asia’s top enterprises through agentic orchestration and AI governance frameworks.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop complex Ruby on Rails applications, build server-side infrastructure for the user interface, contribute across the full software development lifecycle, write clean and testable code, evaluate system improvements, and collaborate with UI, connectivity, and DevOps teams to deliver elegant technical solutions.
• • You will join Workato’s AI Lab in Singapore, a multidisciplinary team partnering with industry leaders, public sector organizations, and academic institutions to pioneer real-world AI innovations.
