📋 Description

• • Develop and ship new products using Rust as the primary language, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability in enterprise-grade systems.
• • Write clean, maintainable Rust code while also interacting with and maintaining existing codebases in Go and Ruby.
• • Design and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technical areas, driving successful prototypes into production or making informed decisions to de-prioritize them.
• • Build high-performance asynchronous applications using Rust, with a preference for experience with the Tokio runtime.
• • Apply knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multiprocessing, and memory management to solve complex system-level challenges.
• • Work with network protocols and stacks to enable seamless communication between distributed systems and services.
• • Design and integrate data storage solutions using both traditional relational databases and modern NoSQL technologies.
• • Collaborate with global, distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones to deliver features and improvements on schedule.
• • Apply foundational DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code principles, to support deployment and operations.
• • Operate effectively in a Linux environment, managing system-level configurations, debugging, and performance tuning.
• • Propose innovative solutions to technical problems rather than waiting for direction, demonstrating ownership and initiative.
• • Remain adaptable and open to learning new technologies, tools, and project domains as business needs evolve.
• • Contribute to open-source projects to demonstrate technical leadership and community engagement.
