- • As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Cloudera, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding market share within a portfolio of designated Enterprise accounts. Your primary mission will be to foster customer success at all levels of their organization, ensuring they derive maximum value from Cloudera's cutting-edge data solutions.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans tailored to the unique priorities and critical needs of each customer. This involves a deep understanding of their current challenges and future aspirations, positioning Cloudera as an indispensable partner in their digital transformation journey.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to gather and leverage intelligence regarding customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, evolving technology strategies, and the competitive landscape. This knowledge will enable you to proactively identify opportunities and effectively communicate Cloudera's value proposition.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, owning the relationship and driving overall customer success. This requires building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

- • You will be instrumental in nurturing long-term partnerships with key accounts, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor who understands and contributes to their strategic business outcomes.
- • The ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business value propositions in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives, is paramount.
