- • As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Workato, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, fairness, and timeliness of sales compensation programs that directly impact sales team motivation and performance. Your work will support the company’s rapid growth by maintaining trust in compensation processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across go-to-market functions.
- • You will manage the end-to-end administration of sales compensation programs, including commission calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and payouts using ICM tools like CaptivateIQ, while maintaining data integrity across Salesforce and Snowflake through system controls and manual audits. You will also build scalable processes, develop training materials, support monthly accruals and forecasting via scenario modeling, and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving commission inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- • You will partner with Sales Compensation Management to model, refine, and improve commission plans and Rules of Engagement, identify process improvement opportunities, and produce ad hoc reporting on compensation, headcount, diversity, and other team initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with auditors when documentation is required, ensuring compliance and transparency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of sales compensation administration experience, preferably in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
- • Proficiency in managing end-to-end commission processes within ICM tools (CaptivateIQ experience highly preferred; Xactly experience a plus)
- • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data modeling
- • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex calculations clearly and empathetically to stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and manage multiple priorities independently
