📋 Description

• • As a Senior Sales Development Manager at PartsBase Inc., you will lead and scale a high-performing Sales Development team to drive top-of-funnel pipeline and fuel revenue growth in the world’s largest online Aviation Marketplace.
• • Day to day, you will build, coach, and mentor SDRs, analyze performance metrics, optimize outreach strategies, establish strategic plans, lead pipeline reviews, partner cross-functionally, and support hiring and onboarding efforts in a fully remote environment.
