- • In this critical role as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be entrusted with the primary responsibility for strategic outreach to potential customers. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated Sales team, focusing on prospecting new opportunities and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving new sales opportunities forward and ultimately converting qualified leads into valuable customers.

- • Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of strategic outreach initiatives to potential clients through a combination of cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling techniques. You will be adept at crafting tailored value propositions by deeply understanding the unique pain points and strategic objectives of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales departments within target organizations.
- • You will proactively prospect into large, enterprise-level accounts, focusing on building long-term, trust-based relationships and engaging with multiple levels of decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. A crucial part of your role will be to stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analyzing evolving procurement processes, and diligently tracking key industry trends relevant to ERP automation.
- • You will be expected to effectively prioritize complex tasks, manage multiple client interactions simultaneously, and identify potential bottlenecks in the sales cycle to ensure smooth progression and timely closure of opportunities.

You will enjoy high earning potential with uncapped commission structures, an expected six-figure total compensation package, and the opportunity to participate in our employee share equity program. We offer equal On-Target Earnings (OTE) for all SDRs, ensuring shared incentives across the team and alignment with Account Executives.
