  • • As a Senior Sales Development Representative (DACH) at Bloomreach Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the German-speaking market by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects into qualified sales opportunities. Based in the Netherlands with a hybrid requirement of 3–4 days per week in the Amsterdam office, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting across key industries such as fashion, travel, food delivery, and e-commerce. Your work directly supports Bloomreach’s mission to revolutionize customer experiences through its agentic AI platform, Loomi AI, empowering global brands to deliver personalized, autonomous interactions at scale.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business leads by researching and identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs), following up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and converting them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). You will conduct cold calling and targeted outreach to C-level executives and decision-makers at leading e-commerce businesses, actively listen to uncover customer needs, and tailor product demonstrations that showcase how Bloomreach’s autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing capabilities solve real business challenges. You will manage a disciplined sales cadence, track progress against weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, arrange and conduct product demos, follow up swiftly on inquiries, and collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will attend industry events to network and source new leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft), and continuously refine your outbound strategy with a focus on creativity over mere activity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Mother tongue German and fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • • Proven track record in new business development, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, or marketing technology industries
  • • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft for pipeline management and outreach tracking
  • • Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and a natural ability to drive sales with a positive, resilient attitude
  • • Based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Amsterdam office 3–4 days per week
