- • Own the entire top-of-funnel for Flagright’s NORAM market. You’ll build and execute a repeatable, data-driven outbound engine that turns cold prospects into qualified opportunities for our enterprise AE team.
- • Prospect into Fortune 500 banks, high-growth fintechs, and venture-backed startups. You’ll map org charts, identify economic buyers (CRO, CCO, Head of Compliance), and craft hyper-personalized sequences that speak directly to AML, fraud, and regulatory pain points.
- • Run 50–70 high-quality activities per day—cold calls, LinkedIn voice notes, video emails, and targeted ads—while maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot. You’ll A/B test messaging, iterate fast, and share winning plays weekly with the entire revenue org.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with founders, product, and customer success. When a prospect asks for a niche sanctions-screening feature, you’ll loop in our CTO the same afternoon and return with a roadmap snippet or one-pager that keeps the deal alive.
- • Travel quarterly to Texas, New York, and major fintech hubs for field events, conferences, and on-site discovery workshops. You’ll turn a 15-minute booth conversation into a six-figure pipeline opportunity and then quarterback the follow-up until the AE takes over.
- • Track everything: connect-to-meeting conversion, meeting-to-opportunity rate, and pipeline dollar value. You’ll present these metrics every Monday in a 15-minute stand-up, celebrate wins, and ruthlessly cut what isn’t working.
- • Influence go-to-market strategy. If you discover that mid-tier credit unions are an untapped vertical, you’ll build a micro-ICP, spin up a new sequence, and pitch the experiment to leadership—all within one sprint.
- • Embrace the grind. We’re a YC startup, not a 9-to-5 corporation. You’ll log the occasional evening call with Singapore or jump on a Saturday demo when a prospect finally responds. The upside: every extra hour directly accelerates your equity and commission.
- • Master our AI-native compliance narrative. You’ll learn how real-time transaction monitoring, adaptive risk scoring, and generative AI investigations slash false positives by 90 %—and translate that into crisp ROI sound bites for CFOs.
- • Coach and be coached. You’ll receive weekly call reviews from our Head of Sales (ex-Palantir) and, within six months, mentor a junior SDR. Leadership tracks your progress toward an Enterprise AE promotion path.
