- • Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for revolutionizing financial crime compliance? Flagright, a cutting-edge AI-native platform, is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performance team and fuel our growth in the North American market. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-paced, Y Combinator-backed startup, working directly with industry leaders and influencing our go-to-market strategy.
- • As a Senior SDR at Flagright, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying and engaging key decision-makers within the fintech and banking sectors. Your primary focus will be on initiating meaningful conversations, understanding prospect needs, and securing high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. This role demands a proactive, tenacious, and strategic approach to outreach, leveraging a combination of cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
- • You will dive deep into prospect research, meticulously analyzing company structures, pain points, and strategic objectives to tailor your communication and demonstrate Flagright's unique value proposition. This involves understanding the complex regulatory landscape and the critical need for robust, AI-driven compliance solutions in today's financial ecosystem. Your ability to articulate how Flagright can mitigate risk, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory adherence will be paramount.
- • This is not a traditional corporate role; it's a high-growth startup environment where individual ownership and direct impact are celebrated. You will collaborate closely with a global team, spanning various time zones, and have unparalleled access to our founders and leadership. Your insights and feedback will be instrumental in shaping our evolving go-to-market motion, making this a role with significant influence and learning potential.
- • The pace at Flagright is intense, and expectations are high. We are looking for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, possess an unwavering commitment to achieving targets, and demonstrate resilience in the face of rejection. You must be comfortable hearing 'no' frequently and possess the grit to continuously refine your approach and push forward. We value individuals who can 'sprint' when the business demands it, demonstrating flexibility and a results-driven mindset that transcends rigid 9-to-5 structures. Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and maintain a high level of productivity will be key to your success.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Proactively identifying and researching target accounts within the fintech, payments, and banking industries.
- • Executing high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate interest and schedule introductory meetings.
- • Conducting thorough discovery calls to qualify leads and understand prospect challenges and requirements.
- • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide context.
- • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes impacting financial crime compliance.
- • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales development processes and playbooks.
- • Representing Flagright professionally and effectively in all interactions with prospects and customers.
- • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
- • Leveraging CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activities, track progress, and report on key metrics.
- • You will be instrumental in driving Flagright's expansion across the NORAM market, directly contributing to our mission of making financial services safer and more compliant through advanced AI technology. This role offers a unique blend of challenge, opportunity, and reward for ambitious sales professionals ready to make their mark.
