You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the sales strategy for your designated territory, fostering long-term, trusted relationships with key agency and brand direct partners, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- • As a Senior Sales Director, your primary responsibility will be to own and execute the sales strategy for the Southeast territory. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and expanding Nexxen's market presence, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. You will be expected to cultivate and nurture senior-level relationships with key stakeholders at both agencies and brands, understanding their unique business challenges and strategically positioning Nexxen's powerful platform to address these needs and drive tangible revenue growth for our clients.
- • The Nexxen platform is a sophisticated, unified technology stack comprising an integrated Demand-Side Platform (DSP), Data Management Platform (DMP), and Supply-Side Platform (SSP). This robust offering provides global reach, enabling access to over 1 billion unique profiles across all channels and devices, and is supported by advanced measurement capabilities. Your role will involve deeply understanding this platform and effectively communicating its value proposition to potential clients, demonstrating how it can solve their complex advertising challenges and deliver superior campaign outcomes.
- • A critical aspect of this role is to act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning Nexxen's solutions to achieve them. This requires a consultative, solution-selling approach, moving beyond transactional media sales to offer bespoke, integrated solutions that leverage the full breadth of Nexxen's technology stack. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Trading and Account Management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver exceptional client results. This cross-functional partnership is vital for maintaining client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- • You will be responsible for meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, strategic revenue planning, and comprehensive reporting. This requires a high degree of organizational skill, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to managing your sales funnel. Leading and managing complex sales cycles, which often involve multiple internal and external stakeholders, will be a regular part of your responsibilities. Your ability to navigate these complexities, build consensus, and drive deals to closure will be key to your success.
- • This position offers a remote work arrangement within the Southeast region, providing flexibility and autonomy. While the role is remote, willingness to travel within the Southeast for client meetings and industry events is essential.
