- • As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, AI at NICE Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in empowering partners to successfully build, demo, and deliver high-quality AI Agents on the Cognigy platform, directly contributing to partner success and market expansion of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions.
- • You will serve as a go-to technical resource for partners, guiding them from foundational understanding to confident execution in designing and deploying AI Agents, ensuring technical readiness across sales cycles and customer implementations through hands-on enablement and certification programs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs focused on JavaScript development, debugging, flow-based logic, API usage, integrations, context variables, conversation logic, and webchat embedding using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for xApps.
- • You will actively support partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities, troubleshooting technical challenges and providing real-time guidance to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
- • Collaboration with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams will be essential to align on technical standards, translate product updates into clear, partner-ready guidance, and maintain consistency in best practices across the partner ecosystem.
- • You will help structure and refine onboarding and ongoing technical readiness programs, creating scalable enablement paths that accelerate partner proficiency and reduce time-to-value for AI Agent implementations.
- • By advising on best practices for embedding AI Agents into customer environments and supporting complex integration scenarios, you will directly influence partner capability and confidence in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- • Your work will bridge the gap between product innovation and partner execution, enabling scalable adoption of Cognigy’s AI-first CX platform across global markets and industries.
- • You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise AI, conversational AI, and integration technologies while developing advanced enablement and technical coaching skills in a high-impact, customer-facing role.
- • This role offers significant growth potential within NICE’s global organization, allowing you to shape enablement strategy, influence product adoption, and advance into broader leadership positions in sales enablement, technical training, or AI solutions architecture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills, with the ability to support and unblock partners in technical implementations
- • Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within the Cognigy platform
- • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly for webchat embedding and xApps
- • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting
- • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • A genuine passion for enablement and helping partners succeed independently through teaching, coaching, and guiding others
