  • • Own the technical win in every ANZ deal by architecting and demonstrating how the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange solves real-world security, performance, and compliance challenges for Fortune 500 enterprises and fast-growing digital natives alike.
  • • Translate complex customer requirements—ranging from zero-trust network access and cloud-delivered security to data-loss prevention and AI-powered threat protection—into crisp, outcome-focused solution designs that map directly to business KPIs and C-level priorities.
  • • Deliver jaw-dropping product demonstrations that go far beyond slide decks; you’ll spin up live labs, run traffic through the world’s largest security cloud, and let prospects see latency drop and threats blocked in real time.
  • • Build and execute rigorous evaluation test plans that prove Zscaler’s value in the customer’s own environment, guiding architects, SOC teams, and network engineers through every packet capture, policy rule, and success criterion until the technical objection list reads “zero.”
  • • Partner hand-in-glove with Account Executives to craft account strategies, white-space maps, and multi-threaded stakeholder plans that turn single-product pilots into seven-figure platform expansions.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer inside Zscaler, feeding market intelligence on emerging threats, compliance mandates, and cloud adoption trends directly to Product Management, Engineering, and ThreatLabz so our roadmap stays 12–18 months ahead of the market.
  • • Mentor junior Sales Engineers and newly hired Solution Architects across APAC, running weekly enablement sessions on topics like TLS 1.3 decryption, ZPA micro-tunnels, and AI-driven sandbox evasion techniques.
  • • Present at AWS re:Invent, Gartner Security Summits, and local AISA chapters to evangelize zero-trust best practices and position Zscaler as the undisputed thought leader in cloud security.
  • • Build reference architectures for hybrid workforces, OT/IoT environments, and M&A scenarios that show how Zscaler replaces legacy VPN, MPLS, and on-prem SWG/FW appliances with a single, cloud-native platform.
  • • Collaborate with Channel Partners, MSSPs, and GSIs to co-sell and co-deliver joint solutions, ensuring technical enablement, demo certifications, and joint value propositions are airtight.
  • • Drive post-sales expansion by identifying new use cases—CASB, DLP, Browser Isolation, Digital Experience Monitoring—and running executive workshops that quantify ROI and accelerate upsell cycles.
  • • Maintain deep technical currency across Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), and emerging AI/ML security services; you’ll be the first to test beta features and translate them into customer-ready messaging.
  • • Champion an inclusive, high-energy culture that celebrates wins, learns from losses, and constantly raises the bar on what great pre-sales engineering looks like in the zero-trust era.
