📋 Description

• As a Senior Sales Engineer at Prefect Technologies, you will own the technical relationship with strategic customers and prospects, leading complex evaluations from discovery through production deployment while partnering with platform engineering, data, and ML teams at enterprise organizations.
• Day to day, you will engage directly with customers to design and deploy solutions using Prefect Cloud, build production-grade demos and proof-of-concepts, drive competitive displacement from legacy tools, develop technical content like blog posts and webinars, and help customers architect AI-native workflows involving agent orchestration and MCP.
• Prefect is a remote-first company building resilient, Pythonic orchestration and MCP platforms used for mission-critical workloads, serving Fortune 500 companies, data innovators, and fast-growing startups through both open-source and commercial offerings.
• In this role, you will develop repeatable technical sales methodologies, shape product roadmap through customer feedback, mentor GTM team members, and embody ownership by contributing ideas and preventing project failures while advancing your expertise in enterprise sales engineering and AI-native workflows.
