- ⢠Serve as a senior technical advisor to prospects and customers, presenting Delineaās Identity Security Platform to solve complex business challenges for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- ⢠Collaborate closely with account managers to develop strategic engagement plans that align Delineaās solutions with clientsā IAM & PAM investment strategies, identifying key use cases and business case criteria.
- ⢠Design and execute high-impact Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements that demonstrate the differentiation, value, and operational efficiency of Delineaās cloud-native platform.
- ⢠Establish and maintain a gold-standard demo methodology that accurately reflects Delineaās vision for Privilege Access Management and reinforces competitive differentiation.
- ⢠Articulate Delineaās product strategy, vision, and roadmap to prospects, customers, and partners, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- ⢠Identify and address technical blockers preventing opportunity closure by working directly with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve complex integration or configuration issues.
- ⢠Contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback, feature requests, and market insights to Product Management to shape future platform enhancements.
- ⢠Leverage public speaking, industry events, social media, and content creation to build brand awareness, generate pipeline, and position Delinea as a thought leader in Identity and Access Management.
- ⢠Analyze emerging industry trends in IAM, PAM, IGA, CIEM, and DREAM to uncover new market opportunities and inform go-to-market strategy.
- ⢠Develop innovative programs and campaigns targeted at the ESP (Enterprise Security Platform) customer base to accelerate pipeline growth and expand market footprint.
- ⢠Maintain deep technical proficiency in cloud computing, containers, MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux environments, and authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, LDAP, PKI, and Kerberos.
- ⢠Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building long-term relationships grounded in technical credibility, business acumen, and consistent delivery of value.
- ⢠Demonstrate fluency in the identity security landscape by comparing Delineaās platform to competitors such as CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Sailpoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, OneIdentity, Okta, and Ping.
- ⢠Participate in internal āvoice of the customerā initiatives to influence product direction and market positioning based on direct client interactions.
- ⢠Support regional sales efforts across the U.S. East territory through remote client engagements, virtual demonstrations, and strategic technical consultations.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Demonstrable experience building trusted advisor relationships with technical and business stakeholders in enterprise sales environments
- ⢠Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and create data-driven business cases for IAM & PAM investments
- ⢠High proficiency in cloud computing, containers, Windows, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, PKI, Kerberos)
- ⢠Working knowledge of at least one major Identity & Privilege Access Management solution (e.g., CyberArk, Thycotic, Sailpoint, Okta, Ping)
- ⢠Strong public speaking skills with experience in customer presentations, industry events, or content creation to drive pipeline
- ⢠Ability to articulate the convergence of PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM, and related identity security domains
