- • As a Senior Sales Engineer for Emerging Enterprise at UiPath, you will serve as a strategic advisor bridging technical expertise and business value, helping prospects and customers unlock transformative outcomes through automation and AI by aligning UiPath’s platform capabilities with real-world process challenges.
- • You will evangelize the power of combining digital workers with AI/ML to reimagine business processes, act as a thought leader in solution design, and partner closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive technical wins, shape go-to-market strategy, and ensure customer feedback fuels continuous innovation.
- • Day to day, you will conduct process discovery sessions to map current workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build quantified business cases; design and deliver industry-specific demos and proof-of-value (PoV) engagements that showcase UiPath’s capabilities; collaborate with sales to define account strategies and expand solution footprints; and share best practices across the GTM team to elevate collective performance.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Product & Engineering to relay customer insights that inform roadmap priorities, collaborate with Marketing on solution accelerators and marketplace offerings, and partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions and long-term value realization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales engineering, consulting, or leading automation programs with a track record of solving business problems using technology for commercial to enterprise clients.
- • Strong technical understanding of RPA, AI/ML, agentic automation, and the ability to architect complex solutions that integrate with diverse enterprise landscapes.
- • Demonstrated skill in simplifying and communicating technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical stakeholders and business executives.
- • Experience conducting process discovery workshops, building automation backlogs, and quantifying ROI to support decision-making and value realization.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align on account strategy and drive customer outcomes.
- • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually; must be authorized to work in the United States for this fully remote (USA-based) role.
