📋 Description
- • As a Senior Sales Executive (Federal) at SimSpace, you will lead new business development across U.S. Federal civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies, driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities where agencies leverage the SimSpace platform to improve cyber readiness through training, security tool evaluation, and AI agent validation.
- • You will manage a quota-carrying role focused on building pipeline, navigating complex federal procurement processes, and closing multi-stakeholder deals while collaborating cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align on deal strategy and execution.
- • SimSpace is an AI Proving Ground founded by experts from U.S. Cyber Command and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, trusted by allied governments and enterprises to deliver adaptive, AI-ready defenses through realistic, live-fire simulation that compresses cyber readiness cycles from months to days.
- • You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in federal sales, influence go-to-market strategy, and grow your impact in a high-growth, mission-driven organization that values continuous learning, ownership, and human-centered innovation.
