- • As a Senior Sales Executive Manager at Perk.com Inc., you will lead and mentor a team of full-cycle Account Executives in the Boston hub, driving sales performance and team development to support the company’s mission of eliminating shadow work and enabling real impact through intelligent travel and spend management solutions.
- • You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed team quotas, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Account Management, and Marketing to align forecasting, resourcing, and lead generation efforts, while building reports for senior leadership and contributing to overall US and global sales strategy.
- • Perk is a global leader in travel and spend management, trusted by over 10,000 companies including Wise, On Running, and Breitling, with more than 1,800 employees across 12 offices worldwide, headquartered in London and Boston, and committed to transforming how businesses operate by reducing the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week.
- • You will lead your team through weekly 1:1s, recruitment, coaching, and mentorship, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in empathy, resilience, and personal engagement, while developing deep expertise in Perk’s product and go-to-market strategy to effectively guide your team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Tenured experience as a Sales Manager with proven success in pipeline generation, revenue accountability, and people leadership within B2B technology or SaaS environments, preferably in startup settings.
- • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams, with a consistent track record of fostering positive organizational cultures that attract and retain top talent.
- • Strong empathetic leadership skills, including the capacity to engage with team members on a personal level to ensure alignment, motivation, and employee wellness.
