- • As a Senior Sales Executive, New Accounts at Ensono, you will be instrumental in driving new business bookings and expanding revenue streams by selling complex technology services to new clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new opportunities, establishing and nurturing senior-level relationships with prospective clients, and acting as a strategic, consultative advisor to solve their most pressing business challenges.
- • You will be responsible for understanding client needs deeply and aligning Ensono’s comprehensive suite of services—including managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing solutions—to meet those needs effectively. This role demands a proactive approach to account growth and retention, ensuring clients achieve their key business outcomes and reshape how their operations function.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Delivery, and other support functions, to ensure seamless execution throughout the entire deal lifecycle. You will build and maintain trusted relationships not only with client executives but also with internal stakeholders, fostering a unified approach to client success.
- • You will proactively identify new revenue opportunities and drive account growth by developing and executing long-term account strategies. This includes promoting and strengthening client relationships through thought leadership, consultative engagement, and a deep understanding of their business objectives.
- • Partnering with Ensono Delivery leadership, you will lead quarterly business reviews with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying further opportunities for growth and optimization. Your ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional sales and sales-support model, particularly with Sales Engineering, will be key to your success.
- • You will take ownership of contract negotiations for both new and existing business, working in close partnership with Commercial and Legal teams to ensure favorable terms and successful closures. Furthermore, you will support delivery teams to guarantee account compliance with all contractual obligations, maintaining the integrity of Ensono's service delivery.
- • A significant part of your role will involve working closely with Sales Engineering and clients on developing pricing scenarios and designing optimal solutions that meet specific client requirements. You will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling customer proposals, responding to RFPs, and creating other essential sales documentation.
- • Representing Ensono at industry events, such as conferences, seminars, and forums, will be an important aspect of building brand presence and generating leads. You will build, cultivate, and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including executives, end-users, project teams, and product leaders.
- • Effective communication is paramount. You will need to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences, articulating both the business value and technical intricacies of Ensono’s offerings. Your ability to challenge conventional thinking and assumptions will drive innovation and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- • This role requires a self-directed sales leader with a proven ability to operate independently while also functioning as a key team player. You will leverage your extensive experience in sales and account management to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, manage and accurately forecast sales pipelines, and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
- • You will serve in a consultative capacity throughout the opportunity development process, building broad relationships and networking effectively to expand Ensono's reach and impact. Your ability to consult technically and strategically with C-level executives will be crucial in positioning Ensono as a trusted technology advisor.
- • You will demonstrate success in increasing close rates by employing structured qualification processes and identifying customer compelling events, ensuring a strategic and effective approach to sales.
- • Ultimately, you will be responsible for articulating Ensono’s technology and product positioning from a business-value perspective, ensuring clients understand the tangible benefits and ROI of partnering with us.
- • This role involves frequent travel to Ensono locations and client sites, with an estimated 60% travel expectation, potentially higher during the initial year of employment.
