- • As a Senior Sales Executive, Venture Solutions, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, engaging with aspiring fund managers and guiding them through our comprehensive platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build deep, trust-based relationships and identify how our integrated suite of services can empower them to launch and scale institutional-grade venture capital firms.
- • Decile Group operates an integrated platform designed for modern venture capital. This includes VC Lab, our cutting-edge educational program that trains the next generation of fund managers; Decile Hub, which provides AI-enabled tools to streamline fund operations; Start Fund, a revolutionary service enabling managers to launch institutional-grade funds in under 24 hours; and Decile Capital, which deploys capital into emerging managers. Your role will involve understanding and articulating the value proposition of each of these components to potential clients.
- • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals. This involves understanding the unique challenges and aspirations of emerging fund managers, educating them on the venture capital ecosystem, and demonstrating how Decile Group's solutions offer a distinct competitive advantage.
- • Given our significant product-market fit and an average of 1,000 inbound leads per month, you will have a consistent flow of qualified opportunities. Your challenge and reward will be to capitalize on this demand, convert leads into long-term partners, and drive substantial revenue growth for the company.
- • This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the venture capital industry, including current trends, regulatory environments, and the operational complexities faced by fund managers. - • Building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline will be a key performance indicator. This includes diligent CRM management, consistent follow-up, and the ability to forecast sales accurately.
