- • Own end-to-end commission management for the API Business Unit, including calculation, processing, plan transitions, and UAT testing within Xactly Incent.
- • Maintain weekly HR commission files to reflect new joiners, leaves of absence (LOAs), promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- • Support quota planning and management by assigning quotas by region and sales representative, managing adjustments, and configuring ramp-up timelines.
- • Prepare and distribute analytical reports on commission payouts, sales attainment summaries, and budget versus actuals for Sales and Finance leadership.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Finance, and HR teams on all commission and quota-related matters.
- • Drive continuous process improvements to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in sales operations workflows.
- • Ensure accurate and timely execution of sales compensation processes across a global, fast-paced environment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, HR, and Finance teams to align commission structures with business goals and regulatory standards.
- • Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities—including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables—to analyze and validate compensation data.
- • Apply AI tools to enhance data analysis, automate reporting tasks, and improve operational efficiency in sales operations.
- • Manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a global organization.
- • Communicate complex compensation rules and operational changes clearly to non-technical stakeholders across departments.
- • Ensure all sales operations activities adhere to internal policies and external compliance requirements.
- • Participate in system upgrades and configuration changes for Xactly Incent and Salesforce to support evolving business needs.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of year-over-year commission plan transitions and incentive structure optimizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related analytical role.
- • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end commission processes, including plan administration and payout calculations.
- • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, and use of AI.
- • Experience working with commission management platforms (Xactly Incent preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- • Excellent attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in data-intensive environments.
- • Strong communication skills to explain complex compensation rules to non-technical stakeholders.
