- • Partner with North American Sales leadership to identify and prioritize enablement needs for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs)
- • Design, deliver, and scale comprehensive sales enablement programs including onboarding, sales plays, training modules, coaching frameworks, and workshops aligned with regional priorities
- • Develop and maintain field-facing assets such as playbooks, frameworks, and collateral to equip sellers with the knowledge and tools needed for successful customer engagements
- • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and compelling product positioning, use cases, and feature messaging are communicated to the sales field
- • Track adoption rates, completion metrics, and business impact of all enablement initiatives using data from the sales tech stack and KPIs to inform continuous improvement and leadership reporting
- • Work closely with Revenue Operations to align enablement activities with sales performance tracking, territory planning, and pipeline management systems
- • Support Sales managers in coordinating regional events, meetings, and skill-building sessions that foster cross-functional collaboration and reinforce critical sales competencies
- • Act as a key connector across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and People teams to drive alignment, remove silos, and ensure consistent messaging and process execution
- • Leverage AI-first principles in all enablement program design and delivery, ensuring tools and content reflect Camunda’s agentic orchestration platform and its application in sales workflows
- • Travel a minimum of once per quarter to engage with regional sales teams, attend field events, and facilitate in-person training and alignment sessions
- • Continuously analyze sales cycle data from prospecting through handoff to identify gaps in enablement and design targeted interventions that improve win rates, deal velocity, and customer outcomes
- • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs using quantifiable business metrics, presenting findings to Sales leadership to jointly determine next steps and resource allocation
- • Ensure all enablement materials and training programs are scalable, accessible, and optimized for remote, global sales teams operating across time zones
- • Maintain up-to-date understanding of Camunda’s platform capabilities and how they solve enterprise customer challenges, translating technical value into sales-relevant narratives
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity roles with progressive responsibility supporting AEs and/or ADRs
- • Proven track record in designing, curating, and scaling sales enablement programs, playbooks, and field-facing assets with measurable business impact
- • Deep understanding of the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to qualification, deal progression, closing, and customer handoff
- • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging sales tech stack data, KPIs, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Rev Ops, Pre-Sales, and People teams
