- • Own full-cycle GTM recruiting for AEs, CSMs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and sales leadership at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
- • Manage 10–15 active requisitions simultaneously with a baseline of 6–10 hires per quarter.
- • Proactively source top-performing enterprise SaaS talent through outbound recruitment, leveraging an established network in the industry.
- • Build relationships with high-potential GTM candidates before they are actively seeking new opportunities.
- • Partner closely with VPs of Sales and CRO to define and execute a rigorous, high-taste hiring process aligned with revenue goals.
- • Conduct structured interviews and lead calibration sessions to ensure consistent, data-backed hiring decisions.
- • Craft and communicate compelling candidate narratives around equity, growth trajectory, and company mission to close top talent.
- • Hire across multiple geographies including New York, San Francisco, London, and Los Angeles.
- • Design and implement a GTM hiring function from scratch, shaping what excellence looks like at Laurel.
- • Use data to drive decisions: track pipeline health, source quality, time-to-offer, and offer acceptance rate.
- • Deliver an unreasonable candidate experience that reinforces employer brand through intentional, personalized moments.
- • Automate and optimize recruitment workflows using AI tools for outreach personalization and pipeline review.
- • Understand the distinctions between SDR-to-AE motion and enterprise direct/partner-first sales motions.
- • Evaluate and refine compensation structures and equity messaging to compete effectively against public-company offers.
- • Rebuild or improve broken GTM hiring processes, moving beyond transactional hiring to strategic talent acquisition.
- • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership on intake rigor, role definition, and assessment criteria.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of what defines a great enterprise AE, including past experience hiring, assessing, and mis-hiring in this role.
- • Operate with a Tour of Duty mindset: explicitly define the role’s potential and invest in mutual growth with the candidate.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years full-cycle GTM recruiting at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company
- • Deep knowledge of what a great enterprise AE looks like, including past hiring, assessment, and mis-hiring experience
- • Experience hiring across the GTM stack: AEs, CSMs, Solutions Engineers, and sales leadership
- • Strong outbound instincts and an established talent network in enterprise SaaS
- • Structured interviewer and coach with experience running calibration sessions
- • Track record of closing candidates with competitive offers
