- • Join Bridgestone's Webfleet, a globally trusted leader in fleet management solutions, as a Senior Sales Representative based remotely in Chile. This is a pivotal role within our international sales team, where you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and success of our cutting-edge telematics solutions across a diverse range of businesses, from small enterprises to large corporations.
- • Your primary mission will be to identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region(s). This will involve a dynamic blend of strategic reseller management, proactive channel development, and direct sales engagement, ensuring comprehensive market penetration and revenue growth.
- • You will be entrusted with owning and nurturing a portfolio of strategic and high-potential accounts. This responsibility demands a sophisticated, consultative, and value-based sales approach, focusing on understanding the unique challenges and objectives of each client.
- • The core of your role is to position Webfleet's telematics and fleet management solutions not just as products, but as indispensable, business-critical platforms that drive efficiency, enhance safety, ensure compliance, and promote sustainability.
- • You will manage the entire sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise-level customers. This encompasses everything from initial prospecting and lead generation through to complex negotiation and final contract closure, requiring meticulous planning and execution.
- • Developing and implementing robust account plans for strategic and high-value customers will be a key deliverable. These plans should outline clear objectives, strategies, and timelines for deepening engagement and maximizing value realization.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve identifying specific customer needs and pain points, and expertly articulating how Webfleet's innovative solutions can address these challenges, delivering tangible business outcomes.
- • You will be adept at navigating and driving complex sales processes, which often involve multiple stakeholders, diverse decision-making units, and intricate organizational structures.
- • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships at the executive level with key clients is paramount. This requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of business drivers.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal teams, including presales specialists, customer success managers, marketing professionals, and channel partners, to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey.
- • You will actively support our channel partners, providing them with the necessary resources and expertise, and participating in joint sales opportunities to leverage collective strengths.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date forecasting, pipeline management, and activity reporting within our CRM tools is essential for strategic planning and performance tracking.
- • A fundamental requirement of this role is to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline development, and activity targets, contributing directly to Webfleet's commercial success.
- • Beyond individual performance, you will serve as a role model and mentor for junior sales representatives and inside sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in a Senior Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar B2B technology sales role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- • Demonstrated expertise in selling complex solutions such as SaaS, telematics, IoT, or enterprise software, with a deep understanding of the value proposition and sales cycles.
- • A history of successfully closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals, showcasing strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- • Strategic, customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, coupled with robust execution discipline.
- • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
