- • Vanta, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator, Channel to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Salesforce infrastructure specifically for our channel partnerships. - • In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence within our channel operations. Your responsibilities will encompass intricate system configuration, sophisticated process automation, and the meticulous maintenance of data integrity across all partner-related activities. A significant aspect of your work will involve close collaboration with our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool, ensuring its optimal performance and integration. You will have a particular focus on enhancing partner attribution and performance tracking mechanisms, meticulously aligning our Salesforce architecture with the evolving needs of our channel business. Leading key system enhancement projects will be a core part of your mandate, ensuring that our technological infrastructure remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
- • A primary objective will be to ensure seamless and reliable integration between Salesforce and our PRM platform. This integration is crucial for supporting efficient and dependable partner operations, enabling us to enhance partner attribution tracking, streamline deal registration workflows, and bolster overall system reliability. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical partner to key stakeholders across Channel Operations, Partnerships, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This involves expertly translating complex business requirements into elegant and effective technical solutions, proactively asking insightful questions to fully clarify needs, and maintaining transparent, proactive communication throughout the lifecycle of every project.
- • Key responsibilities include designing and building scalable solutions within Salesforce and our PRM using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and other configuration options to effectively support the entire partner lifecycle management process. You will take ownership of the PRM, configuring and optimizing partner portal experiences, managing partner account hierarchies, refining deal registration processes, and overseeing partner user management.
- • A significant focus will be placed on building and maintaining robust systems for accurate partner attribution across the entire opportunity lifecycle. This ensures proper tracking of partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, which is vital for accurate commission calculations and comprehensive performance reporting. You will diligently monitor and maintain the integrity of partner account data, opportunity records, and associated activities, executing regular data audits and managing updates across all partner systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- • You will be responsible for managing platform releases, assessing their potential impact on partner-facing functionality, and implementing ongoing system performance improvements to ensure optimal operation. Providing timely and effective troubleshooting for Salesforce and channel tool issues will be essential, resolving technical problems swiftly to minimize downtime and guarantee continuous system performance. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Channel Operations, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate their business requirements into well-designed, scalable technical solutions that can grow alongside our partner ecosystem.
- • Finally, you will serve as a key communication liaison, clearly articulating system capabilities, project progress, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders across various channel teams, fostering understanding and alignment. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving Vanta's channel strategy forward through robust and efficient Salesforce administration.
