  • • Solink Corporation is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator & QA Specialist to play a pivotal role in safeguarding what matters most by transforming video security into real-time operational insights. This high-impact, hands-on position is crucial for managing the daily operations of our Salesforce platform while simultaneously driving rigorous quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all system changes, integrations, and releases meet the highest standards of reliability and functionality, directly contributing to Solink's mission of empowering businesses with data-driven decisions, enhanced security, and improved operational efficiency. This role is integral to our rapid growth and our commitment to scaling with purpose, ensuring our platform remains robust and effective for over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries.
  • • As the primary owner of Salesforce, you will be responsible for its comprehensive administration, including intricate configuration, strategic customization, robust security management, and continuous optimization. Your day-to-day activities will involve meticulously managing user roles, permissions, profiles, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and validation rules. A key aspect of this role is partnering closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Deployment, Support, and Finance, to translate their unique business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. You will also take ownership of data hygiene, establish strong governance practices, and ensure the accuracy of reporting across the entire platform. Furthermore, you will leverage advanced Salesforce AI tools, including Einstein AI and Agentforce, to automate administrative workflows, streamline operations, and enhance overall productivity.
  • • In the realm of Quality Assurance and Release Management, you will spearhead all QA efforts for Salesforce changes. This encompasses leading the testing of new features, enhancements, critical integrations, and bug fixes to guarantee a seamless user experience and system integrity. You will be instrumental in designing and executing comprehensive test plans, conducting thorough regression testing, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure that every release meets stringent quality benchmarks. A critical responsibility is to identify potential risks early in the development cycle and proactively address any issues before they impact the production environment. You will serve as the final quality gatekeeper before any deployments, meticulously verifying that all changes adhere to both functional requirements and performance standards, thereby safeguarding the stability and reliability of our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • • To foster continuous improvement and effective enablement, you will actively identify opportunities to simplify existing workflows, mitigate technical debt, and enhance the overall usability of the Salesforce system. This involves creating and maintaining detailed documentation for processes, test cases, and system changes, which is vital for supporting long-term scalability and knowledge transfer. You will also play a key role in enabling internal teams by developing clear documentation, creating effective training materials, and producing comprehensive release notes. Staying abreast of the latest Salesforce best practices, emerging features, and advanced QA methodologies is essential to maintaining the platform's cutting-edge capabilities and ensuring we are always leveraging the most effective solutions.
