- • As a Senior Salesforce Developer at ServiceTitan, you will play a key role in shaping the customer journey by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and integrated platforms to design, develop, and optimize solutions that drive customer success.
- • You will design and develop comprehensive solutions on Salesforce (and integrated applications) to support contact center operations, including agent productivity, customer interactions, and workforce management, while building and maintaining seamless integrations with telephony and workforce management platforms such as TalkDesk, Genesys, Assembled, and RingCentral.
- • You will work closely with business and technology leaders to define the Salesforce roadmap and drive innovation across a multi-cloud, integrated environment, utilizing AI/ML models to predict customer behavior, optimize resource allocation, and improve performance through predictive routing, agent skill-based routing, and forecasting.
- • You will enhance existing processes through innovative technical solutions, drive improved customer experience and agent efficiency, reduce operational costs, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce instance and integrated technologies while ensuring data quality and integrity across all systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning UI (Aura/LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II - required, Service Cloud Consultant - preferred)
