Our unique approach pairs members with a dedicated care team, including Care Advocates and nurses, who provide unwavering support throughout their entire healthcare journey, ensuring they can return to health, family, and work. With convenient access to specialists nationwide, Lantern makes quality care accessible and manageable for millions across the country.
- • As a Senior / Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our innovative healthcare platform. This remote role within Canada offers a unique opportunity to leverage your deep Salesforce expertise to enhance and scale our Health Cloud platform, directly impacting the quality and efficiency of care for our members.
- • Your primary focus will be on translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design and configuration to coding and deployment, ensuring our Salesforce environment not only meets but anticipates the evolving needs of our organization and the members we serve.
- • You will play a critical role in enhancing and scaling our Salesforce Health Cloud platform, ensuring it seamlessly supports our members' healthcare journeys. This involves a blend of declarative configuration and programmatic development to create a powerful and user-friendly system.
- • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. You will also be adept at configuring declarative components such as Flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets, assignment rules, reports, and dashboards to optimize user experience and streamline workflows.
- • A key aspect of this role is ensuring a scalable data model design that aligns perfectly with current and future business needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining critical integrations, leveraging Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and various third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- • You will manage and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud features, data models, and care management workflows. This includes overseeing the sandbox strategy, managing deployments, and implementing effective change management processes to ensure smooth and controlled updates.
- • Proactive system maintenance is essential. You will perform regular system upkeep, including release management, data cleanup, and performance optimization, to guarantee the platform runs efficiently and reliably.
- • Troubleshooting and issue resolution are paramount. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing disruption and ensuring a high level of platform stability.
- • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices. This requires strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- • Comprehensive documentation of technical designs, processes, and system configurations is a crucial part of the role, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- • You will also provide essential user training and support, including managing support tickets, to empower users and ensure they can effectively utilize the platform.
- • An important part of your role will be to identify underutilized features or areas within the Salesforce platform that can be optimized to further enhance functionality and efficiency.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements, ensuring our Salesforce instance remains at the forefront of technology and best practices. You will be a key contributor to our mission of providing exceptional care through innovative technology.
- • We are looking for a candidate who embodies our core values of Logic, Inclusion, Grit, Humanity, Truth, and Teamwork. If you are driven by making a tangible difference, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply and help us illuminate the path to better healthcare for all.
