You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce development to enhance our Health Cloud environment, ensuring it seamlessly supports the complex healthcare journeys of our members and drives organizational success.
  • • This role is critical to our mission of connecting individuals with the best possible care, offering significant cost savings to employers and their workforces. You will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining custom solutions that are not only robust and scalable but also intuitive and user-friendly, directly impacting the quality of care our members receive.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve translating intricate business requirements into elegant technical designs and implementing them using a variety of Salesforce technologies. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. You will also be responsible for optimizing existing code and developing new functionalities to meet evolving business needs and enhance platform performance.
  • • A significant part of your role will focus on declarative configuration. You will expertly utilize tools such as Flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets, assignment rules, reports, and dashboards to build efficient and effective workflows. This hands-on configuration work ensures that our Salesforce platform remains adaptable and responsive to the dynamic demands of the healthcare industry.

  • • A crucial element of your role involves overseeing the sandbox strategy, managing deployments, and ensuring smooth change management processes. This requires meticulous planning and execution to minimize disruption and maintain platform stability during updates and enhancements.
  • • You will be tasked with performing essential system maintenance, including release management, data cleanup initiatives, and performance optimization. Proactively identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks will be key to ensuring a consistently high-performing platform.
  • • Troubleshooting and issue resolution are integral to this position. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a reliable experience for our users.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of our culture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other engineering teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and organizational goals.
  • • Documentation is essential for knowledge sharing and future development. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for technical designs, development processes, and system configurations, ensuring clarity and maintainability.
  • • Beyond development, you will contribute to user enablement by providing training and support. This includes assisting with the management of support tickets, ensuring our users have the resources and knowledge they need to effectively utilize the platform.
  • • Continuous improvement is a core value. You will actively identify underutilized features within Salesforce and areas for optimization, proposing and implementing enhancements to maximize the platform's value and efficiency.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the healthcare landscape, improving access to quality care and driving significant cost savings. You will be part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to humanity.
