📋 Description
- • Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect role focused on leading the design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions for Concentrix, a global technology and services leader powering world-class brands through intelligent transformation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as architecture lead for Service Cloud initiatives, defining solution patterns and development standards, designing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Omni-Channel, leading code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business language while driving Agile execution.
- • Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team integrates digital engineering, data, and human-centered design to deliver tech-powered experiences that modernize customer interactions, offering a collaborative environment with industry-leading technology and insights across 70+ countries.
- • In this role, you will become the go-to subject matter expert for Service Cloud decisions, establish consistent development patterns and standards, earn stakeholder trust through clear guidance on scope and tradeoffs, and deliver scalable, resilient, and agent-friendly contact center solutions that drive client outcomes and value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Service Cloud
- • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect
- • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SQL, asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
- • Experience designing solutions for contact centers or customer support environments
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams
- • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
