- • As a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator at Lantern, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our specialty care platform. You will lead the charge in implementing and enhancing Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring it seamlessly supports our mission to connect people with the best care when they need it most. This is a pivotal role where you will drive major projects, refine critical integrations, and champion data integrity and automation to significantly boost network productivity and member experience.
- • Your primary mission will involve the end-to-end delivery of Health Cloud enhancements. This includes spearheading the integration of key technologies like Medscout, developing sophisticated territory and account scoring mechanisms, automating complex processes, refactoring data models for greater efficiency, and systematizing the provider application process. You will be the architect of solutions that streamline operations and improve the quality of care delivery.
- • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and meticulously optimizing complex automations. This involves leveraging Salesforce Flows and, where necessary, lightweight Apex code to enhance core Health Cloud objects such as Network Contracts, Provider Relationships, and the intricate scoring logic that underpins our network's effectiveness. Your expertise will ensure that our Salesforce environment is not just functional, but highly intelligent and responsive.
- • A significant part of your role will be managing and enhancing our external integrations, including Medscout and Docusign. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to guarantee that all feature releases and system updates meet and exceed 100% compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards, particularly concerning sensitive health information.
- • Driving user adoption and fostering subject matter expertise across the organization will be a key objective. You will achieve this by actively hosting peer demos, conducting regular office hours, and providing ongoing support to ensure our internal teams can effectively leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud.
- • Ensuring the highest standards of network data quality is paramount. You will establish and maintain robust data governance practices, including the creation of comprehensive governance reports, insightful dashboards, and automated validations. Regular audits will be conducted to identify and rectify any data discrepancies, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our network data.
- • You will be the custodian of our technical knowledge base, maintaining up-to-date technical documentation and detailed data dictionaries for all major enhancements and system configurations. This ensures clarity, consistency, and facilitates future development and troubleshooting.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including Network Sales, Territory Specialists, Commercial Strategy Operations, and Product Development.
