• • Senior Salesforce Technical Lead at Amgen Inc., a biotechnology leader dedicated to serving patients with serious illnesses through innovative medicines in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and Aura; leading major projects as a solution architect; mentoring junior team members; collaborating with cross-functional teams (program management, development, operations, customer service, sales, marketing, legal, safety); developing custom applications, data models aligned with Health Cloud and Service Cloud; writing test classes and automation; researching Salesforce capabilities; and providing gap analyses and project estimates.
