- • Senior Salesforce Technical Lead at Amgen Inc., a biotechnology leader dedicated to serving patients with serious illnesses through innovative medicines in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and Aura; leading major projects as a solution architect; mentoring junior team members; collaborating with cross-functional teams (program management, development, operations, customer service, sales, marketing, legal, safety); developing custom applications, data models aligned with Health Cloud and Service Cloud; writing test classes and automation; researching Salesforce capabilities; and providing gap analyses and project estimates.
- • Amgen’s Patient Support Services (PSP) product team focuses on delivering technology solutions that drive insights and analytics on the Pulse Service platform, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient lives through science-based innovation and collaborative culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce enterprise architecture, gain leadership experience guiding technical teams, strengthen cross-functional collaboration in a regulated life sciences environment, and contribute to scalable, secure platforms that directly impact patient support services at a global biotech leader.
