- • As a Senior Scientific Associate at Precision Medicine Group, you will serve as a medical point person on assigned accounts, translating complex scientific data into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences including payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic medical content such as slide presentations, advisory boards, monographs, and training resources; collaborating with account teams to align content with strategic goals; participating in medical, legal, and regulatory reviews; mentoring junior writers; and contributing to new business proposals and tactical planning.
- • Precision Medicine Group’s PRECISION AQ division is a top payer marketing agency supporting global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in achieving commercial excellence by demonstrating the economic, clinical, and societal value of medical treatments.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in managed markets and therapeutic areas, refine your ability to communicate complex science accessibly, and grow as a trusted scientific advisor while contributing to improved patient access to innovative medicines.
🎯 Requirements
- • Doctorate level degree such as PharmD or PhD
- • 2-4 years of experience in medical communications, healthcare agency, medical education, or a similar field
- • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for varied managed care audiences
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritize competing deadlines
- • Willingness to travel occasionally for work
