• • The Senior Scientific Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing scientific content development, leading and mentoring teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives in medical communications.
• • Day to day, the person will oversee and ensure the development of high-quality, evidence-based scientific content; review content for accuracy and strategic alignment; lead and mentor Scientific Directors, Associate Scientific Directors, and Medical Writers; track team utilization and distribute work; partner with cross-functional leadership on resource planning and budgets; lead client discussions and implement feedback; and identify professional development goals for self and team.
