• • The Senior Scientific Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing scientific content development, leading and mentoring teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives at Precision Medicine Group’s Precision AQ - Medical Communications division.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing high-quality, evidence-based scientific content development; reviewing content for accuracy, flow, and strategic alignment; leading project planning and execution; mentoring Scientific Directors, Associate Scientific Directors, and Medical Writers; managing team utilization and resource sharing; partnering with cross-functional leadership on budgets and timelines; leading client and faculty discussions; implementing feedback from KOLs and MLR; and driving professional development for self and team.
