📋 Description

• As a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst at Bloomreach Inc., you will be an essential member of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, playing a critical role in ensuring the company meets regulatory and internal standards while supporting engineering and sales teams with customer-specific compliance requirements. Your work will directly impact the security posture and trustworthiness of Bloomreach’s agentic AI platform, which powers personalization for over 1,400 global brands across retail, financial services, hospitality, and gaming.
• Day to day, you will perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes, identify and resolve compliance issues, support sales by completing RFPs, ensure policies and standards are reviewed and updated, maintain process mapping and responsibility charts, develop and update compliance documentation, proactively research evolving regulations, communicate compliance requirements to internal and external stakeholders (including EMEA and US clients), assist with management review preparations, and contribute to the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group’s objectives.
• You will join Bloomreach’s GIST team, operating within a culture of freedom, trust, and results-driven accountability. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global compliance frameworks (including ISO and SOC standards), gain hands-on experience in SaaS governance and risk management, enhance your analytical and communication skills, and contribute to shaping compliance strategy for a fast-growing AI-driven commerce platform. You’ll have the opportunity to influence policy at scale, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow professionally through Bloomreach’s People Development Program, Leader Development Program, and annual $1,500 education budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards (e.g., ISO, SOC, GDPR)
• Previous experience as a compliance analyst, compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar role in a related field
• Good understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in IT environments
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced analytical abilities and effective research skills
• Experience with ISO security standards and SOC auditing
