📋 Description

• As a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst at Bloomreach Inc., you will be an essential member of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, playing a critical role in ensuring the company meets regulatory and internal standards while supporting engineering and sales teams with customer-specific compliance requirements. Your work directly impacts the trust and security of hundreds of millions of consumers using Bloomreach’s agentic AI platform for personalization across global brands.
• Day to day, you will perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes, identify and resolve compliance issues, support sales by completing RFPs, ensure policies and standards are reviewed and updated, maintain process mapping and responsibility charts, develop and update compliance documentation, proactively research evolving regulations, communicate requirements to internal and external stakeholders, assist with management review preparations, and engage with clients across EMEA and US regions.
• Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization, powered by Loomi AI, to revolutionize how businesses connect with customers through autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in GRC frameworks, SaaS compliance, and international security standards (including ISO and SOC), while developing leadership in cross-functional collaboration, regulatory research, and policy development — positioning you as a trusted advisor in a fast-growing, innovative tech environment.
