• • The Payroll Analyst II role at Twilio supports accurate and timely multi-state US biweekly payroll processing using Workday, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws while delivering an excellent employee experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing payroll, serving as backup for Americas payroll, monitoring inactive employee reports for off-cycle payments, collaborating on biweekly audits, maintaining payroll SOPs, assisting with W-2 preparation, and responding to ServiceNow queries within SLAs.
