- • As an Audiovisual Media Apprentice at The Orchard, you will play a vital role in supporting the distribution and promotion of music releases across digital and physical platforms, contributing to the global reach of artists and labels under Sony Music Entertainment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the operational execution of music releases, preparing pitch materials for new releases with the Sales team, supporting social media channel management, gaining hands-on experience in product management, physical supply chain, and controlling, and helping organize events while managing administrative tasks.
- • You will be part of a passionate, international team at The Orchard GSA in Berlin, working closely with labels, artists, partners, and external service providers to drive sustainable growth in the dynamic music industry.
- • Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop comprehensive expertise in music distribution, digital marketing, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in the music and media business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completion of (Fach-)Hochschulreife or equivalent qualification
- • Strong interest in current music trends and the economic/organizational processes behind music releases
- • Excellent German and English language skills, with basic proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
